Starting October 15, the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP) programs will be managed by the Administrative Services Center (ASC). While the programs are not changing, the processes will be digitized and available in the Administrative Services employee portal.

Key improvements to the process include:

  • Single stop for employees to access information and resources via the ASC
  • Digitized application forms that allow eligible employees to submit and track the status of their TAP & STRAP approval requests
  • Automatic routing to managers to review and approve employee educational assistance requests
