New Employee Experience

New Employee Experience (NEE) is a six-month program for each new employee. With four in-person sessions and additional resources, NEE is designed to:

  1. Accelerate new employee’s productivity, and
  2. Create an environment where new employees begin to establish key connections to the mission, vision, strategic goals, and campus.
